Whilst a personalised training plan coupled with strength and conditioning training is, in our opinion, one of the best ways to train, sometimes you just don't need (or want) all of that.
You'll get the same quality run coaching, dashboard access and Strava integration, just without ongoing reviews and feedback with our coaches and trainers, or the ability to have your schedule adapted if need be.
But, we're still not talking standard off-the-shelf type plans here. Our event plans are still carefully crafted around the event, whilst also keeping your training load in the ideal range.
