We help coach people with their first running steps right through to personal bests and ultramarathons.
When you become a Foundation Run Member, you're not just another runner. You are part of our crew and you get treated as an individual.
For those who can make it, we get together for a group session each week, where we often take on a fairly tough training session, but we're together so it makes the suffering actually fun (honestly!).
Some people love to run with their mates, and some love to run to get away from everything (and everyone!).
We make sure our members can do either, or both! Get the morale support when you need it, and get the freedom when you just want to switch off.
